This two-day event held at the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, MN will equip your housing authority’s staff with the necessary knowledge to help your organization fulfill its regulation and reporting demands. This workshop will be geared toward the basics of housing authority accounting and finance.

  • Operating Subsidy and Budget
  • PH and CFP Financial Statements
  • Year-End/FDS Reporting
  • Audit Reports
  • Voucher/VMS
  • REAC Reporting/Scoring

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees are refundable less a $75 per person administrative charge if notification is received no later than 5:00 p.m. 10 days prior to the start of the conference.
